Total Immersion will be presenting a series of talks, demonstrations and
'tune up' sessions in Goondiwindi in the days leading up to the big day...
Hell of the West 'Early Bird' Competition
Hell of the West competitors are encouraged to take advantage of a Total Immersion Swim Course during December or January.
Give yourself the best opportunity for a fast, relaxed and stress-free swim on race day.
We'll make sure that the hellish part of your race starts after the swim leg!
Early Bird entrants for the 2008 race will have chance to win a free '2 Hour Taster'.
All you have to do is:

3. use the 'Message' box to tell us where you live and why you would like a free 2 Hour Taster.
We will pick the best responses.
To be eligible you need to complete your registration for The Hell of the West
and sign up for the taster session by Thursday 20th December.
We will contact winners by 1st January to make arrangements for your TI session.
